5. Failed Delivery & Address Issues

  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a refund minus the shipping fees.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for a resolution.

  • If a package is lost in transit, please allow up to 10 business days for investigation before a replacement or refund is issued.
